Scope and website use

You can browse the menu, events and restaurant information without an account. When requesting an account, reservation or other service, review these terms and the Privacy Policy. Browsing alone does not constitute marketing consent. Do not impersonate others, send abusive messages or interfere with the website.

Our service

This release supports accounts, reservations, the waitlist and contacting the restaurant. It does not accept direct orders or payments, charge reservation deposits or offer the Cornicello program. Uber Eats links take you to an external platform, where its terms, prices, availability, payments and order support are shown. The website menu and events provide information; contact the restaurant about availability and allergens.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate details and an email you can access. Keep sign-in codes and reservation management links private: anyone holding them may access those functions. Tell us about unauthorized use. We may restrict abusive or fraudulent access and will address questions about such measures. Request account deletion through the privacy form. Promotions are optional; unsubscribing does not close your account.

Reservations and waitlist

A reservation is recorded when the site displays its confirmation; we also email the details. Selecting a time or temporarily holding a table is not a confirmed reservation. Check the date, time and party size. Manage your reservation through the link received or, when linked, your account.

Online cancellation is available until the deadline displayed on the management page. After that, contact the restaurant. Let us know if your party size changes or you will arrive late so we can check availability. This release does not charge deposits or cancellation fees through the site.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee a table. If a matching space opens, the system may automatically turn your request into a confirmed reservation and email you. Check that email and cancel if you can no longer attend. If we cannot honor a reservation, we will contact you to discuss an alternative.

Liability

We work to keep the website available and its information up to date. Interruptions and errors may occur; contact us if a confirmation or information differs from your request. These terms do not exclude or limit your statutory consumer rights or our liability where it applies under the law.

Governing law

Costa Rican law applies, including data protection and consumer protection law. You may contact the competent administrative or judicial authorities. Changes will be published with a new date; they do not retroactively change a confirmed reservation or replace consent required for a new use of data.
